Ticketsellers, our ticketing company has been working through the night, and lo! behold the Defer/Donate/Refund process!
Obviously these are difficult times, but we’re working hard to make sure Rumpus opens its doors again.
We have dates pencilled in for June 5th, August 7th and October 2nd, and we’re looking forward to seeing you, covered in glitter, on a dance floor as soon as possible.
Many of you have contacted us asking if there’s anything you can do to help Rumpus and our community or performers, contributors and the venue itself.
Firstly, you can choose to defer your ticket to a future Rumpus. Doing this makes a huge difference in helping ensure that Rumpus sails through this storm. Any deferred tickets can be refunded in the future.
Secondly, you can choose to donate your ticket. We will be distributing all donations to the contributors we’ve had to cancel and to the venue.
Thirdly, you can choose a refund for your ticket, as per your statutory rights.
Please be logging in to your customer control panel on the ticketing site to make your choice.
Please avoid contacting your bank for a refund – doing this will mean the ticketing company will have to process your refund AND pay an extra fee to the bank – and right now things are difficult enough for everyone without banks getting greedy.
